Earth-Solar Cycle, Thawing Permafrost, Global Warming
Two very interesting headlines this week. One study concluded that the Earth-Solar Cycle usually results in additional carbon dioxide generation, and combined with anthropogenic CO2, the effects could be devastating. If that is not scary enough, another report suggests that vast reserves of carbon trapped in the Siberian permafrost might be released with increasing warming.
